The Ray White Group is set to hold the largest in room property auction event the coast has seen.
As part of the largest real estate network on the Sunshine Coast, the offices of Ray White Maroochydore, Buderim, Mooloolaba, Sippy Downs, Noosa and Peregian have joined forces marketing 42 properties to auction this Spring, culminating in their Auction Event due to be held on Sunday the 27th of September
The Auction Event will be held in the Prestige Mercedes Benz Dealership on Maroochy Boulevard,Ray White Auctioneer and Maroochydore Principal Dan Sowden commented that; “We are thrilled that Garry Crick has been very generous and able to offer his dealership as our venue that can support the 300+ crowd we expect on the day”
“We are proud to have one of the strongest collections of real estate coming to the market we have seen in a number of years, sellers know that Spring is the best time in the market and we have some truly unique offerings” said Mr Sowden.
“Our planning for this event started 2 years ago as we anticipated that Spring 2015 would provide the right time to offer this amount of property to the market on one day, the buyers are already responding well”
Brett Graham whom has been a founding owner within all the offices since 1996 suggested that ‘With our sales team of over 60 agents across 6 offices, we are well equipped to service the strong buyer demand we are seeing across the region, most months our businesses are conducting over 2000 buyer inspections, we expect this to jump to 3000 in September, ahead of our in room Auction Event.”
