One Month, 101 Auctions and 1001 Buyer Inspections

By Brent Higgins

The largest property campaign the Sunshine Coast has ever seen has just been launched by Ray White. In September 2012 the Ray White offices at Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Buderim and Mountain Creek will conduct 101 onsite property auctions across the Sunshine Coast in a bid to re-establish a market that was heavily reshaped in 2011.

Ray White Mooloolaba Principal Brent Higgins has made the bold prediction that this effort will generate in excess of 1001 buyer inspections, with the expected sales to define the new property trend of 2012.

With just 3o days and 5 weekends in the month of September, the 35 strong team of sales agents and in-house auctioneers will be working every day to create and execute a campaign of such size, we believe it is a first for our market. Undertaken by the Sunshine Coast’s largest real estate group and Australasia’s largest Real Estate Brand, Ray White anticipate they will attract sellers wishing to offer property to the market through their September 101 campaign from all across the Sunshine Coast

With auctions being conducted every day, on the hour and potentially every hour, September 101 will provide buyers with an unprecedented selection of quality property offered by the one agency, making it easier for buyers to secure their next home or investment.

Brent Higgins further cemented the enormity of the project,  “This will be a significant milestone for the Sunshine Coast property market. The solution for sellers is now here, a fantastic opportunity, one month, 101 auctions and most importantly an expected 1001 buyer inspections plus countless surplus enquiry.”

“Buyers on the other hand will have the benefit of a brilliant selection of property encompassing the all the market has to offer.”

Properties expected to be offered in the spring campaign range from entry level investment apartments through to traditional family homes, and upto to some of the finest and most exclusive residences available.

Traditionally the spring property market is one of the most buoyant on the calendar, a combination of a warmer climate, work placement and transfers become known and the lure of southern buyers to the coast during the holiday break means locally marketed properties have a much larger national buying audience.
