Ray White has taken out the top industry accolade for Major Network of the Year at the 2017 Real Estate Business awards held last night in Sydney – celebrating the success of the previous 12 months and cementing their status as market leader.
The Real Estate Business Awards, which have been running for five years, are the real estate industry’s premier awards open to every professional and real estate group in the industry and recognises the best operators across a range of categories, culminating in the highest accolade of Major Network of the Year.
The award recipient is decided by a panel of judges based on a range of criteria including business growth strategy, network support, overcoming competition, point of difference and innovation.
The award showcases the significant initiatives the Ray White Group has integrated into their business in 2016 to remain market leader including innovation in technology, commitment to customer service excellence, an Asia growth strategy, a focus on making our businesses the most profitable in the industry, maintaining a culture of elite performance and remaining dedicated to industry innovation.
In accepting the award in Sydney, Ray White joint chairman, Paul White said the Ray White Group was humbled to have won the Real Estate Business Major Network of the Year for the second year in a row.
“I would like to acknowledge and thank our 1000+ franchisees, made up of family businesses stretching from the outback to the ocean who without their support this award would not have been possible,” Paul said.
“And thanks to our corporate teams who work tirelessly to provide industry leading training programs in technology, digital, sales and marketing that support our network.”
Our Group director Dan White said the Ray White Group still had the highest market share in Australian real estate at 10.2 per cent.
“We are blessed to win this award again, but it goes to all the people who work with us at Ray White. It’s no surprise that we maintain and grow our market share by supporting our network,” Dan said.
“We have a targeted approach to growth. We aim to always attract the best talent and support our network businesses in recruitment retention of the right talent both culturally and performance-wise. We are committed to our industry-leading training programs, and elite agent development.”
