Boost for Noosa and Peregian Property Markets

By Bernadette Gray

Principal of five Ray White businesses on the Sunshine Coast, Brett Graham, takes ownership of two new offices in Noosa and Peregian today.

These offices will be joining Brett and his existing group of Ray White offices owned with his business partners at Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Mountain Creek and Sippy Downs.

Mr Graham made the decision to expand even further across the Sunshine Coast while the market was buoyant.

“The market has been on the upswing for a number of years now and the time was right to expand the business.

“The property market has matured over the years and Noosa is certainly the leading marketplace on the Sunshine Coast. Known internationally, Noosa is a brand in its own right and we’re very excited to be making the move.

“The expansion not only strengthens the profile for Ray White on the Sunshine Coast, it also offers better career opportunities for our property management, sales and support staff,” Mr Graham explains.

Mr Graham’s network of offices now employs more than 100 staff across seven locations.

“The launch of the Noosa and Peregian offices allows our agents more opportunity to network with buyers, sellers, investors and tenants across the length of the Sunshine Coast, but more importantly on a national and international level.

“It’s also given our property management team a boost with our rent roll increasing to around 2,000 properties. Throughout our seven offices we now have in excess of $750m worth of properties under management. I’m very proud to see such impressive growth,” Mr Graham said.

The Ray White Group are confident the new venture will further strengthen the Queensland network.

“Brett has built his business by seeding young, talented professionals and he is skilled at overseeing the growth of offices to become leading agencies.

“Brett has also been a part of the Ray White Family for more than 20 years. He has always played an integral role in the goodwill of the company and we often draw on his experience when we are looking for ways to improve as a group,” say Tony Warland, Joint-CEO of Ray White Queensland.

For Mr Graham, his business aspiration is clear: be the best across the Sunshine Coast.

“Our goal is to grow the Noosa and Peregian businesses, as we have done with our other offices, to be the best – for buyers, sellers and staff members alike,” Mr Graham concludes.

Ray White Noosa will be relocating to a new office on Hastings Street and Ray White Peregian will remain in its existing premises.
