Maroochydore
The commercial epicentre of the Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore is home to the largest shopping centre, including fooad and cinema amenities. Median house prices in Mountain Creek have increased more than 5% over the past year to around $549,000.
Mountain Creek has been one of the few areas to hold it’s value through the economic crisis and has been one of the first to improve along with the more economic stability. We fully expect to see the area to increase further in 2010.
